(2025)- Trent Sisley to INDIANA
eddy4iu replied to Uspshoosier's topic in Indiana Basketball Recruiting Forum
It has been suggested to Peegs members that they plan on neglecting any responsibilities until later in the week so get used to it! Fortunately I am retired so can perseverate on this stuff 24/7. LOL -

He's heard a strong rumor that the B10 has rescinded that penalty for his targeting call vs UCLA.. Can't remember when a ruling like this favored IU! -
Thanks - Good info. I always pull up the student break schedule once the Bball schedule is announced to get a preview of what the mini-series package will contain. You saved me the trouble. But, the Penn State that you referenced is an away game January 5th at the Palestra in Philadelphia.

And Western Illinois scored more against Northern Illinois last week that the domers did today - gotta love it! No sorrow for reversible jacket fans.

I did buy a reserved grass lot pass this year and have been told that I enter off of Indiana Ave and can use either Entry A or B. It's an extra pass so I probably won't be using it myself but needed to know for friends who will use it for a few games. Probably doesn't answer your question about other grass lots though. Check in with the Ticket Office - Morgan Finney answered my question. Just looked at the Gameday parking/traffic map and all 3 Entries C, D & E are entries into lots named "Park Avenue Grass Lot" so I have to believe that you can use any entry. Oh and, the pass out info comes from the best of sources so pack extra supplies for half time - I know that I will (but would not have if I hadn't gotten word last night).
-
Sounds great and you'll be happy to know (if you didn't already) that the new No Pass Out policy will NOT go into effect this year after all. Will go into effect soon but not this year.

Looks like BB seat selection starts next Tuesday.....

Emails being received that inform season ticket buyers that they will receive their selection day/time & priority point statement in the mail. I'd bet those letters could be showing up in mailboxes tomorrow and/or Thursday (maybe even today?) and that the online selection system will go live very soon to allow buyers to familiarize themselves with the process. Best of luck to you season ticket buyers and GO HOOSIERS!!!!!! -

He's referring to the joint OV of Mullins and Moreno to UK, not the joint visit of Mullins, Sisley & Moreno to IU on 9/20. Obviously Moreno will be dropping that visit.. -

It's not unusual for committed kids to take OVs to their destination school so I'm guessing that UK visit with Braylen still happens. Obviously though, Moreno won't be visiting IU with Mullins & Sisley on September 20th. -
Looks like BB seat selection starts next Tuesday.....
eddy4iu replied to eddy4iu's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Well, the selection process starts next Tuesday so I'd sure hope you'd get your letter today or tomorrow and no later than Friday. My bet is sooner than later. For example, I got my women's selection time letter & priority points statement in the mail this year on 7/19 2 days after receiving the email informing me that it was coming on 7/17. The letter was dated 7/16 so apparently was in the mail before I received the 7/17 email. They also encourage folks to check into the online selection system early to familiarize themselves with it so would expect that will go live soon. I got the email telling me that the WBB selection process was live on 7/19. WBB selection started this year on 7/23. -
WBB season ticket seat selection starts Tuesday....

Based on input from friends who had season tickets last year it seems that demand is up despite lower overallexpectationsforthisyear'steam. Their selection times are much later than last year, some by as much as a full day. Hopefully Coach Moren and the seasoned returnees can surprise and prove any doubters wrong. Go Hoosiers!!!! -
Interesting. Thanks for checking back in with your result. Wonder if the new policy just applies to buying season parking passes and not to individual games?
-
I have to believe that will be coming soon. With the contracting of food and beverage offerings to Levy and the upgrades being made on that front I can't imagine Levy agreeing to let a large portion of their customer base out of the stadium in a prime selling period.
-
I'm pretty sure that it's in effect. I bought one with my season ticket renewal so no problem there. But when I tried to buy a second parking pass it wouldn't let me saying that I need to buy tickets to get a pass. I had to go through the VC to get the 2nd pass. It is interesting though that you were able to put one in your cart. Will be interested to hear if you are able to check out and make the purchase without tickets accompanying your order.
-
That may well still be the case but should be curbed a bit by the new policy that in order to purchase parking passes one must also buy tickets.

IUWBB reserved season ticket seating area expanded.....
eddy4iu posted a topic in Indiana Women's Basketball
Will be entire main level, both East & West sides this year vs. Row 31 & below both sides last year. Requests for season tickets apparently strong. And anyone who already requested general admission season tickets can change to reserved if done before 6/30. Go Hoosiers!!!!!! Email from IU: In response to a significant increase in the demand for IU Women’s Basketball reserved season tickets for the 2024-25 season, IU Athletics is expanding the reserved seating section for the upcoming season. The new Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall seating configuration will feature the entire main level (both east and west sides) being utilized for reserved season ticket holders. Last year, Rows 1-31 of the main level were set aside for reserved season ticket holders. General admission seating, meanwhile, will consist of the court-level bleachers and the balcony. On gamedays, once the court-level GA section is full, GA ticket holders will be directed to the balcony. In consideration of this change, individuals who have already purchased General Admission season tickets have the option to call the IU Ticket Office (812-855-4006) and upgrade to reserved season tickets. Those requests must be completed by June 30. Seat locations for reserved season ticket holders will be determined based on IU’s Priority Point system in July. Both Reserved and GA season tickets for the 2024-25 IU Women’s Basketball season remain on sale. Reserved season tickets can be purchased until June 30, while GA season tickets will remain on sale until the start of the season. Adult reserved season tickets are $112, while reserved senior season tickets (65+) and youth season tickets (18-and-under) are $48. IU faculty and staff can purchase reserved season tickets for $80. Adult general admission season tickets are $96, while general admission youth and senior tickets are $48. IU Women’s Basketball is coming off a record-setting season for attendance in 2023-24. Coach Teri Moren’s team averaged 10,336 fans during its 17 home games, and in doing so became just the fifth Big Ten Women’s Basketball team to average 10,000-plus during a single season. IU went a perfect 17-0 at home last season while eclipsing the 20-win barrier for the ninth straight year and earning a trip to its third Sweet 16 in the last four years.
