  1. It seems to be more psychological with him and the fact that he's working so hard on defense, it's hurting his offense.  I am very concerned, hold my breath every time he takes a shot.  He's not driving to the basket anymore and not getting to the foul line at all.  It's very hard to watch.
  2. I love being retired!  Go Hoosiers!  It's a Big Ten game so it's a must win!
  3. Another one of those games.....   Vic played 25 mins.   4 pts. 2-7 No FTs   6 AST   1 ST   2 TO   Magic beat the Pelicans 104-89
  4. Victor had another blah game.   Played 18 mins.   8 pts 3-8 1-2 FT   2 reb   4 ast   2 to   Magic fall to the Heat 108-101
  5. Yes, but this one seems to be unusually long.  Keep hoping this will be the day he snaps out of it.  He's not taking bad shots, they just are not going in and staying in....
  6. LOL!  I like the way you think!   Then send him back to Otown.  They all love him and feel his pain.  When we go to the games everyone has on VO jerseys.
  7. Victor had another horrendous game offensively.  Really concerned for him about this.  He needs to snap out of it.  Even missed a dunk.    Off the bench 31 mins. 0 pts. 0-9    He did the other things well. 6 ast. 7 reb. 0  to   Magic beat the Rockets 104-101
  8. His shooting is still very inconsistent.  It's in his head now.  I hold my breath every time he makes a shot.  No one on the team gets big minutes except the center and occasionally the point guard  this year.
  9. Listening to this color guy is physically exhausting!
  10. Victor off the bench on a back to back in N.Y.   23 mins. 12 PTS.  4-7, 4-5 FTS 2 REBS 2 ASTS 2 TOs   Magic beat the Knicks 107-99
  11. Not a good night offensively for Vic.   Played 27 mins.  4 PTS.  2-11, 0 FT attempts   6 asst. 2 stl. 1 TO   Let Korver get away from him several times for 3's and the Magic fall to the Hawks 100-103.
  12. Skiles discussing Oladipo, "I don't see any perimeter player better than him on the defensive end in the league right now."
  13. Had to leave a little after the second  half started and was disgusted.  In the car Bleacher Report posted a final score that had it flipped and said N.D. won!  If I wouldn't have looked at the box and the article with it,  I wouldn't have watched the game when I got home. Pleasantly surprised!   Not pretty, but a win.
  14. Able to go again tonight.  Magic played the Portland Trailblazers.  They won 102-94.   Victor played 34 mins. (Fournier, who started was out for awhile with a dislocated finger)   15 PTS. 7/14  ( no free throw attempts )   4 REB.   6 AST.   1 Blk   3 STL   6 TO, but the officiating was pretty horrendous and some of the TOs where calls.   Vonleh was a non factor in the game.
  15. I just came on to post this as well.  There was an interview before the game and he said that and I literally, lol ed, but he also said they watched basketball.  They left that out of the article.  Victor laughed when he said it.
  16. Just got home from the game and the Magic beat the Hornets 113-98.   25 mins. 5/9 11 PTS. 4 REB 4 ASTS 1 STL   Yes, they are still having him come off the bench, but they are winning so it's hard to complain too much.  Channing Frey, who is a power forward, really took Victor's starting spot.  They moved Harris to the small forward and Fournier to SG.  Fournier has actually gotten less minutes even though he starts.  Frey is a 3 PT shooter and they are trying to space the floor.  Victor and Elf end up playing quite a bit together and Victor, unless it's a blow out like tonight, ends up on the court at the end of games.
