Does the portal ‘close’ on a certain date? I know Parker came in late but wasn’t sure if that was due to his unique circumstance or not.

I don't care if Alford somehow ends up winning the title, I don't want him as coach. He mishandled the Iowa rape case and he's just been incredibly inconsistent and unproven.
