You have to have a program that seems better than the one from which players are transferring. Currently we don't have that.

I'm finally glad the Pacers are on Bally and I chose not to pay for it. I can't even escape to the Pacers without hearing our chairman of the BoT chew on hot dogs and scream FRIED CHICKEN as part of his on point commentary and not want to punch through my TV. I pray he has a hot mic moment on broadcast when he found out McNeely saw the light.

I'd say it's completely on brand. Woodson has no remaining legacy in my eyes. I wasn't here to see it, and this is the only Mike Woodson I've seen in real time. Time for him to retire full time.

On the bright side, when things crash and burn (further) next season we'll be able to hand out an overwhelming amount of I-told-you-so to a select few here. Well, if they don't disappear akin to the way they did during the prior 48 hours.

No disrespect, but nobody making millions while being a large cog in the determination University's athletic revenue shouldn't be keeping their job because people like them. The ideal situation is one where that person is very good at their job and people like them. The next best scenario is one where they are very good at their job but also a jerk. In this situation, a key and necessary component is missing.

I hope it's widespread apathy from the fans that sets in rather than outrage. Anger keeps fans engaged. No attention is more effective than negative attention in the long run. And I think it's going to be a long, long run...
