He’s from Anderson. He went to Liberty Christian in middle school. He was going to go to North Central until the coaching change this off-season so he decided to go to Fishers.

This one will be an interesting one to follow

Cupps is a tough player that teams win with like Aaron Craft for example since that’s a comp that’s been made. Little is bigger and longer than Fears and has been playing against pros. I also think IU could have a better chance at landing Little. Cupps and Little also seem to have better complementary skills imo. I’d be happy with any of them. Oh I also wouldn’t be surprised if Cupps is the first 2023 commit so that’s why I have him in the scenario too.

They aren’t 100% out. It sounds like he’s still planning on visiting but make no mistake he is not their focus for the PF position in the 2022 class. That is Walker.

He's closer to 6'4 and JQ is 6'7 1/2

Correct he is a junior. Most sites list him at 6'7 but he is now up to 6'7 1/2 and his wingspan is like 6'9.

That's why I love this offer. The kid might not be a 4 or 5 star in skill yet but he has that kind of build, athleticism, and work ethic. He's the kind of program player that teams love to have as a 12th or 13th scholarship on the roster to see if he can reach his ceiling. Not to mention he's a local kid which makes it even better.

There are multiple people that work for IU that I could see being very high on Cupps as a player.

If he wants to commit they are taking him. It’s very possible they end up with 2 guards in this class. I think Rabby may have said recently that IU is in constant contact with Little as well.

He’s good. Likely an Aaron Craft type of college player that just wins especially as a junior and senior.

I like keeping Bloomington kids in Bloomington. So I don’t mind this offer at all. Not to mention he’s got a good frame for the B1G already.

There is apparently some chatter down south that Mack might not be allowed back at UL at the end of his suspension. Nothing concrete but apparently there is some smoke to the rumors.
