Man it would have “looked better” if OSU wouldn’t have scored that last TD. That being said I don’t hold it against Ryan as some do. If we are mad about him scoring the last TD maybe we should not have tried an onside kick or kicked it out of bounds, or given up a 50 yard run up the middle. We handed them several touchdowns.

Do you think we go ahead of PSU if they lose to Minny today?

I think PSU is overrated most years. They are often treated as a top tier team but in reality they are usually a high mid-tier team.

We have one foot in the playoff grave but…. Ole Miss lost Let’s hope Minny beats PSU, Army beats ND and Kansas beats Colorado and Oklahoma beats Bama….. Who knows?

Yep, I perked up when the announcer was throwing out the “they were close except for 2 special team plays” excuse (even though we were outclassed) but then they got the last TD. That last TD might have been very detrimental.

Why not. In 1:53 we would have just had to have recovered the onside kick, go on a scoring drive and get a 2 point conversion, then recover another onside kick and go on another scoring drive with another 2 point conversion to tie the game.

Slim chance for us to still be in the playoff but Florida is beating Ole Miss right now which might help (that is if the committee counts a loss to a SEC team as a loss).

The crazy thing is that it’s 28-7 but 14 of those points were from a punt return and our punter dropping the ball on the 5. We would still be in this with just a “normal/regular” day by special teams.

The PU game is in Bloomington. We will end up the regular season at 11-1 and I will be disappointed which sounds crazy when I say it out loud.

At this point, with these sacks, I’m just hoping we end up with more than zero yards for the game.

I thought he was one of the most even keel guys I had seen but has been rushed/rattled the 2nd half of UM and this game. Can’t really blame him as he has been under constant assault.
