I hate how tightly they line up these games. OT....ugh. Who cares about friggin SEC hoops??? -
There are certain guys some might hate but would love if they were on their team. Skiles - MSU Cardinal - PU Fife - IU

Coach K got a technical...I did not think that was allowed under NCAA rules. On another note. Many say coaching is stressful but Ricky P and Coach K are nearly a combined 199 years old but neither has a single grey hair.

Hey. How bout those Boilers??? Boiler down!!!

I agree. They both even seem to be similar in being slightly "odd".

They do. He is recruiting well but natives are not happy this year.

Recruiting Indiana H.S. Quarterbacks

Ha!! I guess one could argue that the 700 people still in our stands at the end of the game are really football fanatics. -
That's great if you are into it but I am so sick about hearing how he loves his bike I cannot take it anymore. He would be fun to have a beer, or "whatever". with but he drives me nuts when he calls a game.

Pretty sweet for UCLA in that their burger boy big man Welsh gets in foul trouble and they bring in burger boy Parker to replace him. They have 6 players that were top 40 players in the US and three of them were ranked higher than any player on IU. I assume UCLA is doing real well this year.

He makes Crean look mellow on the sideline. I would T him up. He is 4-5 feet deep on the court when UCLA has the ball, and/or is shooting FT's, in front of their bench.

Bill Walton covering the UCLA-AZ game and, as always, he is talking about things he has done in his life and how great he is. I,I,I,I,I,I,I,I,I,I are his 10 favorite words. Would rather hear Dickie V do a play by play of my wedding night than hear Walton call a game.

Indiana @ MSU - Pregame Thread - 2/14 - 1300 EST on CBS

Anyone watching UCLA-AZ? Did not think it was possible but Miller makes Crean look mellow on the sideline. He is regularly walking 4-5 feet onto the court when UCLA has a live ball in front of his bench. I would T him up. EDIT: oops, meant to post this in college game thread not MSU pre-game -

Time outs are better (like you said, only took 7 years) Substitutions not as puzzling or frenetic Defense better Less TO's. Granted, as recently as Wiscy we had 20 but early in the year we had that many against really bad teams. Won without stars dominating Would have liked to have seen Troy roam/cut to the baseline more but at least he did not go "one on three" except for one drive that went too deep. Crean does not seem to freak out as much when the games get close. In the past when the games got tight he looked like he had been driving for 5 hours and was desperate to find a bathroom. -

Hated to lose Stevens and have no idea why he actually switched but..... If a basketball recruit goes to both an IU and PSU home basketball game which atmosphere will blow him away? If a football recruit goes to both an IU and PSU home football game which atmosphere will blow him away? -

I have not seen Iowa much this year, do not know what defense they tend to use but I am sure that the scouting report is that our offense tends to bog down against decent zones. But, as you stated, it seems like he would have adjusted. -

Bryant is getting into foul trouble fairly often. When he does get in trouble Crean looks down the bench and puts in Max B. I would like to personally thank Hanner for partying too much because I doubt Max would be here if Hanner was still around. -

The three players that many would say are our best: Bryant sat out a lot Yogi 2-12 Williams did not dominate But we stil beat the team that has swept PU and MSU. Far from perfect but still...we beat the 4th ranked team in the country. Penn State loss was horrible but getting a signature win helps our NCAA standing more than the PSU loss hurt. A few positives: 11 TO's not bad, especially they we looked early in the year against really bad teams. We had 10 players score, Iowa 5. Overall D continues to look better but the 5 minutes or so when we let their transition offense get behind us was terrible. -

OK AGAIN, why is the soooooo much better team not winning when our top 2-3 players are not a factor??
