    I appreciate his effort, coming here etc., but the fact is we would have won a few more with a Suds type QB. He was not helped by special teams etc....

    This would be a HUGE win to start the Allen era. I will agree with those that say Wilson improved the program but the bottom line is that you could argue that the Missouri win in 2014 was his only decent win (you might be able to add beating a .500 PSU team) in SIX YEARS.

    It is frustrating. Play to play you have no idea what you are going to get. The accuracy, lack of consistency, is a big issue.

    The odd and frustrating thing is that I will not be shocked at all if we beat L'ville. Crean has beat a ton of really good teams but as some poster recently stated he has not shown the capability of beating 5-6 decent teams in a row (hence the sweet 16 ceiling).

    The turnovers are a killer year after year and many tie them to "playing fast" but many of the turnovers have nothing to do with playing fast but rather poor decisions/IQ.

    Crean has plenty of faults, as are occasionally mentioned on the board ( :) ) but he has won more than a couple of decent Big Ten road games. I looked at the schedule and still think we can get 6 on the road.
