They are stacking the talent sure but when they don’t have the guy they need they just go get the guy they need in the portal. it’s not a problem if they missed 3 years ago because they can just get them in the portal now.

I saw something where the schools will get NLI money for people using a team in the new college football game. Theoretically that will give us an advantage with our large alumni base compared to a smaller school. Assuming people use us.

Disagree on Davis. Guy just didn’t get it on any level but he still tried. He was in over his head plain and simple. And I already admitted Crean tried too hard. Sending the wrong letters is a lot less offensive than skipping dinners with recruits to smoke and drink with a gaggle of yes men.

Exactly people are too accepting of different officiating “styles”. The issue is those styles help some teams and hurt others. Allowing for the game to be influenced even if the refs are not crooked per se. The Thunder had a better record than their season average with these refs. The pacers a far worse record than their season average with these refs. If the league wanted to fix this(they don’t) they would try to make all refs consistent. Now I personally think that is an issue exacerbated by the refs being given things to “focus on”. That benefit one team over the other. The officiating should not look totally different between games 6 and 7.

Not what I said…. I would greatly enjoy the NBA being actual basketball though. The simple fact is the NBA didn’t have the refs helping the thunder all year to let them win now. They were always going to let do whatever it took on defense

What??? The Thunder are fouling them constantly to force turnovers. There’s only so much solid play can do

It’s ok for the refs to cheat because the pacers aren’t perfect is certainly a take.

Refs have swallowed their whistles again. The thunder will be allowed to do whatever it takes to take the ball. This is just garbage it’s not even basketball at this point

Think that was the natural result of the refs not calling all incidental contact on the pacers and the thunder playing badly. Game 4 that second quarter run was muted by bs calls. Which left the thunder in position to pounce

The statistical odds of the lottery winner would almost guarantee the process is rigged. Or at least has been rigged once or twice Astronomical odds or businessman lies for money. Which one you putting your money on

We were never going to win that game. We could have done more to win it. But the blatant ignored fouls. The blocking foul that wasn’t. No the fix was in. The only way we were going to win that game was if OKC missed their FTs
