Beard is a guy similar to Pitino in the fact that doesn’t matter where he’s at he wins and immediately elevates a program. He has to be near the top of any list if you are serious.

The Brad Stevens obsession is beyond weird at this point. This will be the third coaching change that people want a guy who has never shown the least bit of interest in returning to college let alone IU. A guy who it was widely reported didn’t like the recruiting game but is an option now when you have to rebuild the roster every spring and hope you are the highest bid. Never say never but highly unlikely.

Apparently Luka told the Mavs he would not resign and to try and get something in return for him now. Couple that with LeBron complaining to the Lakers that something needed to change and we have a deal.

Only one guy I know would 100% come here and win big and that’s Pitino. He’s proven that at multiple schools over multiple decades. Not saying he’s an option but he’s the only sure thing in the game right now IMO.

Just a 30000 ft view of college basketball currently is NIL, great recruiting a good coach don’t necessarily guarantee a level of success. So many talent laden teams play well for stretches but then seem to weeks or even a month off.

If football remains on the current path Dolson will never be fired for basketball. Those days are gone.

Woodson won’t be here next year. I think that’s a given. But, if you watch cbb and listen to most coaches complain about the current landscape I’m not confident things change that much. No accountability from players who get guaranteed money or can easily transfer. Like Painter said it’s like dating in middle school.

The Bozich article held nothing back. Hard hitting IMO. I think there is a chance Woodson could be gone before the end of the season if the 25 point losses continue. Personally I’m not giving these players a pass. They’ve been paid well and suck.

Wes Miller is on his way out at UC. Dude needs to learn back and forth with fans when you suck doesn’t get you anywhere.

How many teams ended the season with 2 losses and the 2 losses were at the the eventual national champion and runner up?

Agree but it takes guts to give up good for the chance to be great
