Lol talk about getting straight to the point. To be fair to him though midnight DMs likely usually mean one thing and one thing only when you're a D1 basketball player.

Hanner only gets IU basketball players in trouble, not other teams' guys.

Archie Miller's staff at Indiana will be Bruiser Flint, Tom Ostrom (Dayton) and Ed Schilling (UCLA),

Not a chance. I have a feeling TB would be glued to the bench if he did that under Archie. -
Crean could only win big once every few years at IU and his next job definitely won't be at our level. His view of his value doesn't match up with his value on the market. I'll be very surprised if he's s head coach next year.

We barely knew ya OG. Hopefully this leads to Justin Smith coming here. -

Sorry Coach Allen, but we're a basketball school again. -

They're assistant coaches so I wouldn't expect there to be much buzz about them, but people in the college basketball world know that IU just put together a great staff. The average fan from another school isn't going to see it until we start making moves on the recruiting front. -

A month ago we had everyone and their brother talking about how crazy IU fans are and how we need to stop being unrealistic and accept what we had. Fast forward to today and the rest of college basketball just realized that a dormant beast has been awoken. -

Ed Schilling [emoji7] IU just rejoined the big boys. The days of other schools coming into Indiana and taking all of our top players are over. Sent from my iPhone using BtownBanners mobile app -

I forgot all about that guy. I remember when he would post snapchats of workouts and use such goofy captions. He's great at his job though.

It would be huge if we got Marshall. He probably wouldn't be here for very long, but it would be great to have a guy with his experience to sell to recruits during the first couple years when Archie is trying to get things rolling. -

Seems like an easy sell imo. If all our guards come back there probably isn't going to be any PT at all for him next year. There's no sense in him wasting a year of eligibility to ride the bench. -

I don't have access but "big-time strength and conditioning coach" seems to describe the guy that was named on here yesterday. -

If we gotta dance with the devil like the other top programs then so be it. The NCAA won't do anything to you so you're only hurting yourself if you don't want to go into the gray areas. -

He can't workout yet, or at least not in the same capacity as the team. He might've been off to the side at practice or doing rehab. -

Has Archie said when they're going to announce who all is staying, who's leaving, the coaching staff, etc.? I know he wants to do it all together but I don't remember if he has said when. For some reason Monday sticks out to me but idk if that was us just guessing or something official from the team. -

Idk about any possible shady things concerning Schilling, but I think a lot of the hate from people in the state towards him came from him kicking people's butts at Park Tudor and the "recruiting" he did there. The whole public vs. private debate people have with Indiana high school basketball. -

I had faith in Archie putting together a good staff but when he was talking about building the "best staff in college basketball" it kinda felt like something he was just saying because it would pump people up and get them excited. I wasn't sure if he would be able to put together a top notch one so quickly. It looks like I was wrong and I couldn't be happier. -

Lol this would be funny if true. Fred Glass - "Sorry Steve but you aren't being considered for the job. We're gonna steal your top recruiter though :)"
