Was his first name Scotty and did his last name start with R?

They’d be real devastated seeing that tweet… If they knew how to read.

IUFB Offseason Updates

These doofuses are insufferable. But I love IUFB being relevant enough to piss off the SEC shills. Yeah, IU’s non-conference stinks. Guess what, we play 9 conference games. The sheer stupidity of Finebaum lauding Alabama for playing freaking Wisconsin while ignoring that IU plays them too this season makes me laugh. We aren’t all lucky enough to get an FCS tune-up game in mid-November. https://twitter.com/rygi13/status/1958264613725966708?s=46&t=LoczziaTWuqlhvyvHGT92A -
People warmed back up to Crean in part because Woodson was such a disaster/ahole. Woodson’s not changing his stripes in his late 60s. Maybe the old timers will warm back up to him, but he earned his reputation with the under 45 crowd during his coaching tenure. I’d prefer for him (and Buckner) to never set foot within city limits again. (not calling anyone over 45 an “old timer,” just using that as a divider of people who would have no memories of Woodson as an IU player).

Maybe he’s a nice guy in his personal life (as long as you’re completely subservient to him), but the Mike Woodson we had the displeasure of experiencing the past four years is a petty, lazy, insecure narcissist.
-
What a joke of a “punishment.” Cheat your a**es off and then pay a fine. And this isn’t even your typical “cheating” by way of paying players. This is cheating during games themselves.

Every day is a good day to #FireMikeWoodson.

Really couldn’t care less. Keep her around for as long as she can keep Coach Cig around. -

With all those #qualitylosses, Heather Dinich will have them as a lock for the playoff. -
Will the committee consider this a Q1 or a Q2 loss?

Kelsey Plum hacked Stuhoo’s account.

Is he back? Yes he is.

Bison doesn’t really fit as an iubb mascot, imo, but we’re a football school now and it’s a perfect fit for Coach Cig. -
(2026) Edge Ronelle Johnson to Indiana

Man give Coach Cig every penny of NIL that IU has. Dude is going crazy. -
He definitely tore his Achilles. You could see it happen on the replay. SGA was 8-27 from the field and still ended up with 29 points. Just a disgusting free throw merchant.

Sorry, best I can do is tricep pushdowns using a basketball as the attachment.

That an NBA Ref who went to federal prison for betting on games he officiated called another NBA ref 121 more times during a six-month period (during which he was fixing games) than he did any other referee.
-
“Foster is the official who received 134 phone calls from disgraced referee Tim Donaghy between October 2006 and April 2007, as originally reported by FOX News. That was the same period during which Donaghy admitted to betting on NBA games. The report said that Donaghy called Foster more than any other ref and that he didn't call any other official more than 13 times. Donaghy's calls to Foster took place immediately before and after games Donaghy was officiating 54 times.” https://www.cbsnews.com/boston/news/scott-foster-recipient-of-134-tim-donaghy-phone-calls-refereeing-celtics-heat-game-3/ Like, cmon.. You don’t have to have a smoking gun to know things don’t add up. Donaghy wasn’t calling him immediately before and/or after games to wish him good look or tell him nice officiating.

I don’t care about either team, but why is it a stretch to say that the league that rigs the lottery and has fixed series in the past is influencing the Finals? Anyone who turns on any game can see that certain players receive more favorable whistles than others. Guys like Dort and Caruso have “tough defender” reputations and are allowed to consistently hack and foul. I suppose one can believe Donaghy is the only ref who ever wasn’t 100% above board, but those aren’t exactly great odds

Damn good at what he’s there to do, certainly.

They don’t call Foster The Extender for no reason…

The NBA desperately needs a new face of the league after LeBron/Curry retire. It won’t be SGA because an unethical hooper will never have mass appeal, but it’s easy to see why the NBA would favor OKC winning to try to push him into that spot. We all just saw the NBA blatantly rig the draft, so influencing the Finals through officiating isn’t a stretch at all.

To be fair, that video very well could’ve been a best case practice scenario for last year’s team… but, that’s why literally every single person in today’s video is different.

I remember the video they posted on the first day of practice last year. It really said all that needed to be said about a Mike Woodson team/practice.
