Met my expectations I set before the start of the year. Got some momentum for next year, but again I'm upset about another offseason looking forward to losing some guys. All in all we're in a batter state than any point during the Archie years.

The troubling thing is I'm not confident we play the right players even if we do have wholesale roster turnover. I've seen too much of Kopp and Stewart to believe we'll see the best players get most of the minutes.

I have a feeling I'll spend most of the 2nd half watching the UK game in hopes I witness a major upset.

I'm happy today regardless. The only thing that will make me upset and really deflated is if we have a comfortable lead all game, play really well for 35 minutes, but falter down the stretch and lose to a team we should have beaten. Thrilled we got here though. No matter what now, there is momentum going into next season for the first time in a long time.

This. I'm definitely not a conference homer type of guy. The closest I would get to rooting for the B1G was Michigan when Beilein was there. Or in certain situations, like 2016 Wisconsin vs the 38-0 UK team. I enjoy early exits for most of our conference in hopes that will cause the conference front office to do something about the officiating.

Would the potential matchup with St. Mary's be on Thursday or Friday? I can't find tip times anywhere.

Wyoming will be a tough out, especially having to go out to Portland, but I agree. Our road isn't all that bad.
