So often a team's identity is directly reflective of a coach's personality/energy. For better (Oats, Pearl, Hurley) or for worse (Woodson).

So if we largely fail in the portal, we'll still have to endure a subpar to mediocre season just to fire him next March. Most likely scenario to me is we get good-not-great additions and basically have the same win total next season.

I'm just as concerned with their ability to develop talent, and maximize a player's abilities to fit the system best. Then again they would have to have a system to begin with. Regardless, we should have at least 6 spots to fill, most should be guards/wings, and Walker could be worth bringing on.
