    I think the recruiting thing is way overrated.We always lack something.To many guards,Not enough shooters,No point guard.No depth underneath,so on and so on.His scattershot aproach lends to unbalanced rosters and we suffer while he chases the next shiny object when theres not a chance in hell we will get them. To plagiarize Josh,FIRE HIM,THIS IS EMBARRASSING!

    Marshall's age is one knock I have.I know from experience the energy wanes a bit when you hit 50.I would much rather go for a younger guy.Plus if the hires a good one we wont be here again in 10 years.
