Not so fast 10-0 run for smu they r down 9 with 3 to go. Temple needs to run some actual plays instead of running clock down and chucking a 3

while the last couple games have been unimpressive I thought they looked better tonight. In a big game on the road they were right there until the end. Melo is a beast. Our game against Maryland should be entertaining and hopefully it will be a high stakes game.

they were ineligible last year when they were terrible anyway, this year they are eligible for the tourney

Indiana v. Northwestern POSTGAME Thread
Uspshoosier replied to MartintheMopMan's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
http://www.ncaa.com/news/basketball-men/article/2014-02-12/ron-wellman-answers-questions-about-seeding-game-sites-and Chairman head ron wellman 2 years ago. all I'm saying is years ago it was required for them to look at the last 10 games of the season now they are not required. Does that mean some of the 10 members use it? I'm sure there are some that use it as a guideline but it's not set in stone it has to be looked at like in years past -

even with our resume as of today lunardi has it as the 22nd best resume in his s-curve. With evaluating resumes each bracketologist will have their own take but we are still 6-2 agaisnt the rpi top 100 (most of those wins are in the 51-100 range but we still have plenty of chances agaisnt top 25 rpi teams .13-Miami, 14-MichSt, 15-Lville, 16-Purdue, 17-Kent, 18-Oregon, 19-SoCal, 20-BAYLOR, 21-Prov, 22-Ind, 23-Pitt, 24-SoCar, 25-Butler, 26-Duke. -

http://mweb.cbssports.com/ncaab/eye-on-college-basketball/25437208/bracketology-qa-about-the-rpi-and-how-the-ncaa-tournament-bracket-is-built. In this Q/A Jerry explains what the committee looks for and a question halfway down he addresses if the committee considers last 10 games anymore. They use to but a couple years ago changed it. If they did consider how a team finishes no way we should of gotten a 10 seed last year but since out totally body of work ( early wins against smu, butler, Pittsburgh) we were not even on the bubble after losing 4 of out last 6 -

this is why last year despite the terrible ending to our regular season we still got a 10 seed when a lot of people had us on the wrong side of the bubble. A win or lose in November count just as much as one in March ( in the committee's eye -

Since today was college game days first week of the year I decided to bring down the 3rd tv to give u guys a glimpse of my passion for college basketball. ( the tv on the left is a 50 inch). I usually only bring down the extra ones for championship week and March madness but decided to start early this year. Luckily I have a wife that understands my basketball obsession as she is a basketball fan herself [attachment=3278:image.jpeg]

hopefully I'm that passionate about basketball still at the age 72. Vitale and musburger are 76 and still going strong. You might not like them calling games but you got to respect the passion for college basketball

Even with student attendance down and having a team that lost its last 3 home games they managed to finish 2nd in the big 10 in attendance and 8th nationally. http://www.bigten.org/sports/m-baskbl/spec-rel/070615aaa.html

(2018) SG Romeo Langford - INDIANA HOOSIERS
Uspshoosier replied to ccgeneral's topic in Indiana Men's Basketball
Number 21 on ESPN top 25 sophomores http://espn.go.com/college-sports/basketball/recruiting/playerrankings/_/class/2018 -
rpi is the one the committee will use and Michigan st is 16th as well. Michigan st is 4-2 against the rpi top 25 teams and 4-1 against the rpi top 51-100 teams. So 8-3 against the top 100. Not too many teams can roll out that resume. There last 2 loses were by 1 pt. they are still a quality team

MSU is still a top 25 rpi win so it's still an impressive win. Outside of Purdue their best win is probably whicita state minus van vleet

DePaul beats Marquette. Why would anyone here care? Marquette was up 2 when Luke Fischer fouled a DePaul player for a 3 point play at the rim with 1 sec. Always interesting to watching former iu recruits and players
