The Syracuse boards think there is no way that he isn't theirs and that he has been theirs for two years.  They're also total boners. 

Michigan will be looking for a coach...

  He's missed 1 Tourney in 8 years (and won the NIT that year. The other Tourney he missed was his first year when they were ineligible), made it to two final fours, 1 runner up, 3 elite 8s, and 5 Sweet Sixteens. He's only been to two Tourney's when he hasn't made the Sweet Sixteen. He has won the Big Ten Tourney 4 out of 10 seasons and won the Conference outright 5 times! He has been in 6 Big Ten Tourney championship games since he became coach! I mean, come on. We can hate OSU for a lot of reasons, but let's not pretend we wouldn't be ecstatic if Crean had a resume like Matta's. I'd take a 121-53 over 40-68 in conference play any day. And he coaches at a Football school!

I don't think we're allowed to cancel the rest of the season. Plus, some people would say it's worth playing for love of the game without a bowl. But, I mean, you're right. There is a chance that we make a bowl. Just like there's a chance that if Jennifer Lawrence films a movie in the area she could come home for a night with my wife and I.

Didn't Tevin used to be Quarterback in high school? Or am I thinking of someone else? Hyde? Gore? I swear I heard this fact trotted out about an RB recently. Just like that Unsportsmanlike Conduct penalty. That's just stupid. Where is the coach on that?

That penalty is bad play. That isn't an accident or an acceptable penalty. You're handing them a first down because you can't play your position.

I'm not thinking like a loser. I'm looking at the schedule and taking a realistic approach to the remaining games. I don't think we can piece together 3 wins with the remaining games. I mean, after we lost to Nebraska on March 5th in Basketball last year didn't mean we were out of the Tourney picture. It was just harder (a significant run in the Big Ten Tourney). But, let's face it. Anyone who said we were going to be playing in anything better than the NIT at that point was insane. Michigan and Purdue are potential wins. But, Michigan State? Ohio State? Those games will be extremely tough. Penn State and Rutgers are no slouches this season either. Any Given Saturday I guess.

Pack it in and roll. If we lose this game there are no bowl hopes, don't burn the redshirt. Oh the other hand, Kevin Wilson may start to get a little nervous about being here to see that redshirt pay off and say screw it.

If Sudfeld doesn't emerge from that locker room in the second half with his arm stronger than ever à la Rookie of the Year (1993) then I think that's game.
