Sounds like none of them are doing their job from top to bottom: QB, BoT, Dolson, Sleepy Hill, Old Bean Randy (I really loved his game back in the day), Jordy, Calbert, any 3 of the assistants, and down to the team managers hell even Martha because if Woody isn't listening to reasoning then why is he still here? If all these people are in an uproar no job for Woody. I'm curious to know do they all just sit back and say 6 million is going to fix it and we good. FIRE WOODSON OR RETIRE PLEASE

Well he needs to buy a better team which he failed this year. Since it is what it is let’s see if he can buy a winning team next year. I doubt that he can but since this is our new norm let’s hope 6 million isn’t squandered.

I can hear Woody now during a presser in late January about our new hump to get over. Woody well “all these guys are new it’s going to take some time for them to gel”. He continues “ if Xavier could have gotten a 7th year we wouldn’t be having this discussion” and “ that last question you ask I don’t feel like I need to answer that because I’m doing my job”

Still the 12 total if we fire him this year. I thought I read that we can pay this year buyout 1 million per year for the next 12 years. So what's your point it's still 12 mill if we fire him this year or next because we don't pay next years salary.
