When can X play? Guard play is awful

Very true, but honestly he's not the only one and I just don't why it hasn't changed at all. Bring a help defender if you have to. They just seem to be relying on TJD to swat it away

IU getting out worked and they have better athletes and shooters

Bates was pretty good on defense that half, very active, but man he forces the shot a lot. Second game in a row where IU goes on a drought and he forces a 3 early in the clock trying to match the opponent. Just irritating - possessions like that TJD needs a catch and he chucks up a shot before TJD is even remotely in the area to grab an offensive board

If TJD doesn't get it on the block - do the others really know what to do?

Can we just make the play instead of trying to find TJD for a Sportcenter Top 10?

Two games in a row? Why is that?

I just really only see Walsh and Rosemond standing besides Woodson on the bench during games unless Hulls is on the bench. Rosemond is far more demonstrative between he and Walsh so just assumed it’s been Yasir collecting these Ts. The other one I know was X and the ref oddly went across the sideline to scold X and then gave him a T which was very bizarre

Rosemond has two of those now, correct? The other was from Xavier on the bench?

Hell of a fight in the second half. Can't play like that for 20 minutes on the road, but that Scirrotto is awful in nearly every IU game I've seen him in

NW has really helped IU taking some very poor shots. They've missed some wide open ones but they continue to try and shoot off the bounce

Just think NWs pressure dictated more of athleticism in the post with JG, Race (if healthy) and Banks more than a Reneau. JG is a foul magnet but TJD is going to get doubled on the catch so that opposite post needs to be an option quickly - but all probably moot now barring a push early. But Tamar has been putrid tonight for whatever reason

Any reports that IU did actually hit the dispensaries last night and just Woodson didn't bother suspending anyone this time around?

Just frustrated. Banks and Gunn were pretty fun in flashes and nights like tonight when Kopp and Bates are offering little I just wish they could get an opportunity

Gunn played 14 minutes in the first matchup at Assembly. He could likely offer the same things that Bates gave IU in the first half. Bates scoring upside is pretty high (Michigan St) - but how often do those games happen?

From the tip, NW's pressure has tilted IU. Bad calls aside, IU has turned the ball over as many times as they made shots and have not had an answer for NW post trap. No one has stepped up, Banks and Kopp are trying to shut the crowd up off script, and the one time we've had an easy look is when Galloway got by someone off the bounce and dropped it down to JG. TJD has played a lot of minutes, but the post double had to have been expected and someone should have taken that as a challenge to take the load from TJD, but haven't been able to through 20 minutes and likely to late

Michigan game was pretty strange I thought and IU won that one

Lots of dribbling, but not really going anywhere for IU. So difficult on the offensive end and NW getting anything they want and if they miss they get to just keep trying until they make it unless TJD can come up with one

Wow Bates, just wow

NW trap has shaken the whole team. Need more water bug athletes more than IU needs size from Race, TJD and Malik. Shame Banks isn't ready. Him and JG's athleticism would matchup a bit better in my mind, but this might just be one to write off at this rate
