I've wondered that too. Only thing I've come up with is that if a kid or family are willing to take the money, obviously they believe it's deserved. So if some school or shoe company gets busted for pay offs, then that sort of family doesn't view them as felons. They view them as Robin Hood righting some grave injustice. Hell, maybe it actually improves their view of that particular school. Not suggesting that about Watford specifically, just been chewing on that a little.

While the number of transfers is probably suggestive of some issues that need to be looked at, in my experience the sort of kid who would thrive at a school like Liberty is the sort of kid who would probably struggle at a school like IU. Nicest way I can think of to put that.
