Don't like hearing that. Not even diagnosed yet. I thought coming into the season that Hunter would be an important piece. I wonder, if this drags on for significant time, if a red shirt might be used.

Given the competition, it's hard to tell where we are. I would like to see another dependable threat from outside emerge and, obviously, better shooting from the line. Morgan and Smith look ready but everyone else seems to be finding their roles. RP is settling in nicely. We'll know a lot more after the next game.

When my daughter was a teenager, I could see her mood change as she walked across the room. And then, I had another daughter and the process started all over again. So, yeah, I can handle mood swings!

At the end of the day, all of these kids should go whenever they want to go. I hope they achieve their goals and enjoy the experience. As always, I will follow the Hoosiers as I have for the past 60 years.

Finally a suggestion that is useful. Bob Knight, I'm looking at you!

I don't really think it is after one game though. He ran the team in the secret scrimmage, started the exhibition game, performed well last night. CAM isn't one for hyperbole and even he said what we are seeing is what they see every day in practice. He also mentioned that Phinisee is physically ready for the college game. I don't know if he will continue to start or not, but I think it's clear he will be a significant contributor this season.

Looks like Duke can name their margin. This is going to damage the Calipari mystic.

Lots of things to work on, but I love the ceiling for this team. I know he will have some of those freshman nights, but RP is my point guard. He plays in sync with the rest of the team. Greene does not.

I read the recap of CAM's radio show and he seems to be talking about this team in a very different manner than last year's. It seems like the expectations are much higher and he's way more comfortable with this group. I think this team will give him the opportunity to demonstrate his coaching acumen.

As they absolutely should.

Imagine what will happen to us up there! We may be done for the year. At least that's what the cautiously pessimistic me says.

This turn to coach Crean and the accompanying flashbacks have made my head hurt!

CAM believes this team will thrive by getting to the line as opposed to shooting threes. That only works if you hit your free throws.

The depth of this year's team will make injuries easier to deal with than last year's team was able to.

The POTENTIAL for this team is really high. The supporting cast will determine how far they go. It doesn't have to be the same guy every game, and probably won't be, but that makes them even harder to game plan for. This should be fun.

I go back another ten years and everything you said there is on point. If CTA doesn't work out, it will be a huge black mark on Fred Glass because of his hasty decision to hire Coach Allen without a proper search.

This season is officially circling the drain.

We go conservative and punt, they get aggressive and and score. Sounds about right.

Why go for two there?

You know that CTA is going to get next year no matter what happens from here on out. And, you know that next year will look exactly like this year and eventually we will start over all over again.

I'm going to watch this as a comedy from this point forward.

It sure seems like this team has quit.

This is about to become a blowout against probably the worst team left on our schedule.
