    Dude this hire is being universally praised. Like, no one other than you is complaining. He is an awesome coach. And I think that makes him the second highest paid coach in the conference.

    I’m not sure I’ve ever seen anything like what has happened to our fans in terms of baseball. We seem to see ourselves as some kind of elite juggernaut. I like where the program is at, but we have people who seem to think we are the pinnacle of college baseball and who also don’t seem to even know what exactly it is that they want in a coach.

    Mississippi State is a baseball powerhouse, but he’s not good enough for us. Right... Be careful what you wish for. I think we will be fine, but some of our fans are getting awfully arrogant.
