I went to Dayton for the tournament last year and picked up a program. Then went to the Indy Sweet 16/Elite 8 and got one there. Had a friend go to the Final Four and they grabbed me one there so I have a program for each round of last year's tournament with one containing IU. Have a Bob Knight signed poster. It doesn't have anything to do with team flagrants. There is a Flagrant 1 foul (excessive, but not purposeful contact) and a Flagrant 2 (excessive contact with no intention of going for the ball).
