I slightly disagree for this reason.....if you are only going to be in college for one year, and then well on your way to making millions what difference would 200,000 make at that point? Also, I think image would be tarnished for taking the money, especially if he is as good of a person as it is portrayed. I personally don't think his intentions are taking money, but I wouldn't be astounded by it either. I think it is perfectly healthy to question the info that is out there. If it is truly a business decision, and this recruitment is not shady, then how could romeo not want to go to IU. Miller>Drew and in my opinion that really isnt even a close race. Vandy will have garland, but IU will have a supporting cast that is stronger than vandy. The fan base for IU is better, assembly hall is much better than any Commodore arena,facilities are better, asst coaches are better and I think you would get more national exposure with IU. That said, its just a one year rental....I personally would rather have another phinissee than a Langford at this point. Also, some of you guys are nuts. IU will not be a make or break situation based on this kids choice. Maybe he just doesn't want the extra attention associated with IU. I believe that romeo Langford has common sense..I think he is looking at both coaches and the way that they coach Advantage: IU. I think he is looking at where he will build his skills the most. Advantage: IU. I think he will play close to home. Advantage: IU. Barely. If he wants to play with his friend at Vandy, then there really isn't much IU can do to sway him.
