How dare you speak the truth! Shame on you! I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way. Been hoping for the past two years ctc would prove me wrong, but I still feel the same way. Nothing has changed.

Two things: I don't want him fired, YET. Could he respectively step down? jk I'm afraid if NV leaves after this year, we will hear the same, give him a pass this year, how was he supposed to know he would leave, crap. I don't want anymore excuses! I want results, consistently! Doing the same thing over and over, expecting a different result?
