I want a big name coach because I feel that is what the fanbase needs and I think a big name can handle the pressure of this fan base. This isn't the same hire imo as all of our others. This is the worst shape we have been in imo. Sampson leaving was ugly but it wasn't much for crean to get the fans behind what he was building. This day and age there is no patience rightly so for a rebuild. Whoever takes this job better be ready to win on day 1. If he is one of the lower level guys the pressure will start day 1 imo. I hope dolson knows what's at stake. If I had to take a lower coach you guys have sold me on mccolum. I guess he has won at lower levels so hopefully it translates.
