I know a lot of you were probably getting frustrated as were the staff/41. I just want everyone to know that when you all bring up these issues they are looked into right away. I always try to see if its a site error, or if something in the site settings is causing the issues and if that doesnt solve it I go straight to 41 and always get a text back from him within a moment or two. While it may take a little longer than we all hope to fix, just know that we arent ignoring you or that we dont care.

When I opened the app it just asked me for my password, and then started right up.

I'm not a Steph or Durant fan, but my view on things is if you dont like guys celebrating, running up the score, or talking trash then stop them. Until you do then you really cant complain.

I wish I had more answers. They're supposed to be getting back with 41 today so fingers crossed everything will be fixed.

I've been looking into it and there are no settings different than before in regards to text. I'm not sure on whats causing it because for me everything looks the same as it always has but if other sites are the same for you then it likely is something to do with an update. I'll pass this along to 41, hes still going back and forth with Tapatalk engineers for the app, so I'll go ahead and throw this at him too while hes at it and hopefully we can get both the app and site running smoothly. Sorry I couldnt find a quick fix.

Thats odd. I'm at work so give me a few and I'll really look into it and see if its a settings issue. If not I'll get with 41 and see if he can have the engineers looking into the issues check into that too.

I'll check the site settings, but it looks the same as it always have for me.

UPDATE: Just spoke to 41 a moment ago. Tapatalk's engineers are actually looking into the issue with the app already. They are supposed to get back with him by the end of the week, but he is going to check in today and see where they are with it. Sidenote: As natty said, if you use your browser on your phone you can still access the site from your phone. Not as convenient as the app but it still gets you to the site.

The issue has been that the app is actually ran through tapatalk, and their recent changes to try to make all independent apps be managed solely by them has created a lot of issues for sites that wanted to continue to manage their own apps. 41 is working on it and like he said before he very well might make the switch and just let them manage it but the cost goes up for the app by doing that.

There were two separate threads going so I combined them. The issue came from when 41 updated the site a few days ago, and he is working on the issue now.

I worry his brother put in a good word for Northwestern. Either way someone is getting a good young QB.

He's going to check it out. The site had an update yesterday so hes thinking that the app and site just didnt sync correctly to the new update. He'll be on shortly.
