Happy Thanksgiving to all. I hope you all had safe travels and wonderful times with family and friends. I especially want all our men and women in uniform to know that we send a special thanks to all of you, and come home safe.

My favorite dish is dressing, if its well made. Oyster dressing is preferred. 

I call BS on this. Besides the classic mashed potatoes and gravy, additional quality toppings include beef and noodles (my favorite), chicken and dumplings, beef stroganoff, beef romanoff, and others. Corn is also a excellent topping, either with just mashed potatoes, mashed potatoes and gravy, or mashed potatoes and beef and noodles. I have to admit though, that there is just something wrong with mixing cottage cheese and mashed potatoes.
