Well, we definitely don't want to see a repeat of the He Who Shall Not Be Named teams. Puff, Puff, Pass is not a play that should be drawn up on the locker room whiteboard. If this rumor is true, than playing any one of the three would make any "punishment" a joke. However, lets remember that there is only one anonymous third (or fourth) hand source for this information anyway. That JH was even even involved in this alleged activity is merely being extrapolated from the rumor, that he didn't play, and CTC's vague comment after the game. It would seem to add smoke to the rumor, but its conjecture at this point.

Well, I know that Howard has no where near the talent that Noah has, but I really don't get all the clamor that erupts every time he gets minutes. He's not going to score a lot, but he does a bit here and there, grabs a few rebounds, and keeps pretty good position. I'm not saying I would have done that, but I didn't see anything that made it look like a glaring mistake either.

Rumored that 3 players did this week. Speculation is that JH and DD were 2 of the 3 as they did not play.

Lol. Howard defensively has to be on a guy with no jump shot, if he has to guard outside he doesn't have the athletic ability to handle it. He'll get a basket here or there, a few free throws and a rebound or two. So not that much different that TP his senior year.

Howard's ok if he can stay in his role. Not great, but ok. Just a few solid minutes a game.
