For my money if this gets by Drew at this point, I go straight to McCollum. I know his offense isn’t quite the change of pace we’re hoping for but his resume is something i’m absolutely willing to take a chance on.

Just another way of complaining about the pressure I guess. 20 years of mediocre results will do that to a job with the history IU has. However I personally think NIL era erases this fishbowl argument. IU can give most of these guys more resources than where they are. That’s a fact

By all accounts it was a positive meeting, but why is that even happening? Given how Woody is acting behind the scenes this was an absolute shock. Trying to understand how that fits into this whole landscape

Boy I wish I had a good answer for you. I’m scratching my head really. Trying to make sense of the Dusty extension and timing/details, Woody out on a recruiting trip for a kid who is coming to IU regardless…it’s been a weird day. There was a solid 5 days or so after the Goodman tweet that I hadn’t really heard anything that gave me a reason to close that door mentally. last couple days sounded like maybe the door was closed. But some of what is occurring really does not make a lot sense to me. Things not adding up. Not really sure what to think. I will say I refuse to believe this search is anything but Dolson and Co.’s A game, as this process has been underway for months and months. So that’s part of why this is pretty confusing to me so far (granted it’s still early).
