So, Tominaga is allowed to put his shoulder down and knock Cupps off balance and then step back for an open shot -

Push back on this a bit. NIL is not because of the fans. NIL is because a basketball player from UCLA sued the NCAA and courts found his complaint valid, thus creating NIL. NIL is funded by folks with deep pockets who expect something in return for their investment....appearances, endorsement of product, etc. Yes, players have now gone to promoting themselves via selling gear, etc. They also promote and probably receive fees from social media. And its' the same axiom as anything else, if you don't want to support someone, don't buy what they're selling. -

As much as we all detest him, Pitino has his team playing hard and well since he called them out

For those of you with interest...IU/PSU is currently a pick 'em game. -
So, there are games coming up this weekend that we have a great chance to win. However, there are rumblings that TG’s injury is worse than first thought. Anyone heard anything about it?

I understand your sentiments completely, and agree that we need to beat the better teams to be taken seriously.. He did not position his statement about the last 10 games. Like I said, backing up criticism with accurate statements provides for a better response than posting partial truths, which then causes the thought that there's an agenda behind the post. -

I understand how badly you want Woodson gone. However at least be accurate in your criticism. Neither Wisconsin or MSU is sub .500 in either conference or overall play. -
Colts get their backup quarterback in Flacco. Feel better in the event that AR gets hurt again

Looks like the 6 guys who were supposedly leaving Maryland have decided that they are going to play for their coach. Maybe they are leaving but maybe another example of some random internet guy looking for clicks -

Thanks for the feedback from the Huber event. Agree that in hindsight he could have put this off some to facilitate the Knecht visit. The only thing that was out of Woodson's control, even with access to world class surgeons and therapy, was how quickly his knee healed. From experience I know that different people have different timeframes for getting back to whatever normal is going to be for them after a knee replacement. -
To give some hope that TG can play in the tournament.... Isaiah Swope, the pg for Indiana State hurt his knee in December to the point he will need surgery after the season. He injured it again in February and will need a separate surgery on the second injury as well after the season. He has continued to play. I think they mentioned it on the MVC championship game broadcast that he doesn't practice, but plays in the games. Hopefully, Trey can play through this one as well.

What happened to Larranaga’s team in a year’s time? Final Four to getting blown out in the first round of the conference tournament. Must be due to the departure of Walker!

@Rico Fields hasn’t been traded yet. Maybe they’ll draft Williams and JF will be his mentor

I tore my meniscus and was walking the next day after surgery. However I don’t think I could have run up and down a basketball court

Izzo has that consecutive tournament thing going, so he’s going to get the benefit of the doubt to keep that narrative going. If they lose to Minnesota, he doesn’t belong. If we win 1-2 games we’ll have a better record and won the head to head and we still won’t get in. The media loves Izzo and the committee will make some kind of justification for why they should make the field -

Yes he could have. That part was under his control, possibly. The timeframe for rehab/recovery was not
