I am just shocked it’s out now more or less. I think everyone knew it was Buckner call but it involved a lot of others as well. I think there is a bunch of crap behind the scenes right now happening. It leaking like this with details is coming from somewhere and it’s not looking good for Woodson and company. Also looking like IU doesn’t have its stuff together which is obvious as well.

If what Rabjohns is saying is true which I think it is because it is most likely coming from the AD department, Woodson, Kitchell, Buckner and Thomas are to blame. They made the call. Which blows my mind because if you look at their history….it screams don’t listen to me because they are unqualified to make that decision.

In essence these four don’t know a damn thing about putting a team together and coaching it. Failures in that. Woodson is most likely just pissy that Dolson gave him some babysitters because they were unsure that he could do it and then ran them off.

What have they done after basketball? How did Buckner do putting teams together and coaching? How did Isiah do as a college coach and everything else? How did Kitchell do? They are assistant coaches at best in the NBA. They know nothing about player development and expect kids to be ready to go. Woodson said that himself. Again, they should never had the ability to make a coaching decision let alone make one of them one. Do you not see the crapstorm forming here? Someone leaked that to Rabjohns. Do you not see how we have technically failed in recruiting every year? I am glad that he was able to get JHS to the NBA but JHS wasn’t given the ball until Johnson went down and Woodson was forced to. He went from being a forecasted first rounder to out of the draft and to back in. That’s on the coach. He makes the decisions.

They have failed at everything they have done except maybe broadcasting for Buckner. Buckner is only a board member because of his name and that’s it. They shouldn’t be allowed to make basketball decisions here. They made this a clown show. Typical Isiah fashion not shocked.

Basically its IU was turned down by Stevens and Buckner wouldn’t let IU choose anyone but Woodson. Buckner, Thomas and Kitchel supported it with donations. WTF. Indiana needs to be burnt to the ground if these idiots are making decisions.

You don’t because it’s all individual play on offense and no hustle on D. We still suck at D with a shot blocker hanging in the lane all three years. I am sitting here watching South Carolina and they don’t have the talent we do but they run an offense with a lot of action and ball movement. Players are moving all around the court. They have an identity and we still don’t after three years.

I am going to be that guy. I don’t read their crap because it is most of the time sunshine until it’s too late crap. When you know you know. You just caught the cord.

Won’t be watching next year and quit this year. Worst school ever.

If he doesn’t get fired it will be another year that I don’t really watch IU basketball. Just sick of watching trash. I watch Purdue and other schools more nowadays and don’t make it home for IU games. Kentucky was amazing with Shepard. I mean so many other teams that develop kids that we don’t do at all. Calipari taking kids that were ranked near 150 and making them starters. Care less and less every year. Three seasons of double digit losses and this is IU basketball at its best….Jesus Christ. I agree with you though. First name is never really the person. It is someone who is using it as a contract extension, etc. I don’t buy anything until announced anymore. Just not worth the drama.

They went 23-5 his first season. Someone needs to end this madness.

Our margin of error has been thin every year with how we play. Inside two bigs leads to less threes. Plus we have shot it horribly. Add in free throws and we have always had a thin margin of error. Top it off with defense getting worse every season and even a thinner margin of error.

It’s also been three years of the same issues coming out majorly in year three as well. If you go back to the convos I would be willing to bet the same complaints every year are the same this year just worse. It’s always wait until he gets his players, etc.

It’s his system. McNeeley if Woodson stays will play the three and will be abused offensively and defensively. He is a college four. He won’t be able to guard the three and he will not be utilized to his strengths as a three other than standing around like Woodson has done for the most part here.

That would go away with our two big offense. Can’t do that.
