You can count on one hand each season the number of P4 schools who voluntarily schedule true road games against Q3 and Q4 opponents such as Kennesaw State and North Dakota. It is not commonplace in the least because there is literally zero gain.
-
Cool. It's certainly not commonplace.

2200 yard back with 22 TD's in a P2 conference? Sign me up -
Win or lose I would be calling it idiotic. Gain absolutely nothing play on the road against a team like Kennesaw St or North Dakota. Just stupid.
-
What does IU gain playing at Kennesaw State? The played and beat them last year by the way.
-
Can you imagine if Woodson scheduled an away game at Kennesaw St because a few of his players were from ATL and actually lost like Rutgers did? LOL

(2025) QB - Julian Lewis to Colorado (for now)

Not sure Riley is all that concerned. Husan Longstreet is a much better QB in my opinion who they were recruiting the entire time JuJu was playing games. -
A contested 3 pt shot down 1 with a timeout in your pocket isn't the flex you think it is bud, especially when your team was 4-27 from 3 up till the point.

Again, this isn't a Woodson/May debate, but since you're so hellbent on making it one....May's Michigan team: -plays two bigs -plays through the post -has one of the worst turnover rates in the country (326/366 teams) -poor free throw shooting team <70% -below average 3pt shooting team -repeated pattern of blowing sizeable leads -incompetent end of game management Stop me if you've ever heard this before, but he's Tom Crean 2.0 which I said last Spring and this fan base has already determined Tom Crean wasn't good enough. Forgive me for not thinking Dusty May is some basketball savant who is going to save IU basketball. As far as the rest of your drivel...is the season over? I didn't think so. Zero intention of going anywhere near that cesspool until it is. Misery loves company and the rest of you can wallow in it together. I'm good though.

This isn’t a Woodson/May debate. Dusty May has flat out been bad his last two games. It’s not a discussion. Two huge blown leads and terrible end of game management. He did the same thing in the tournament last year and lost to a shorthanded NW team.
-
I’m not sure Juwan Howard is a high bar to clear, but there’s plenty of Michigan fans on X voicing their displeasure with May’s end of game management which they were all too familiar with Howard.
-
So you’re lauding moral victories? Dusty May and Michigan have flat choked their last two games in the same painstaking fashion: huge blown 2H leads and terrible end of game management. Argue with a wall.
-
This is an IU board, not a Michigan/Dusty Fan Club.

Up 3 with ball 30 seconds left, turnover, don’t get a shot off. Foul a 3 point shooter, make FT OK goes up 1. Doesn’t take a TO, fadeaway jumper that doesn’t hit the rim. Disaster end of game management, all after blowing a double-digit 2H lead….something he literally did last game against Arkansas.
-
Another Dusty May end of game masterclass.

He is, he’s essentially an H-Back which is a lead blocker out of the shotgun. Will line up all over the field. -

Mendoza and Cherry both played in the Western Illinois game although Mendoza came in as the 3rd stringer. -

I'm guessing Mendoza isn't a lock if Pribula is visiting. Cig isn't going into next season with just one experienced QB on the roster. Cherry has 4 years of eligibility remaining and another 1-2 seasons to develop before turning him loose. -

Pribula would have started at a lot of schools, just unfortunately was behind Drew Allar. He’s not an ordinary backup QB as he’s appeared in every game the last two years as PSU has put a couple of packages in for him. -

QB coach or former HC? Mike Neu would be a great addition to the IU staff. -

Would be odd as Wisconsin just landed a commitment from Danny O'Neil who started as a true freshman at SDSU and has 3 years of eligibility left. -
