I think we as fans need to put our trust in to coach Devries in how he wants to build his roster. He has proven over the years that he can build a roster and he successful with it. I know I am ready to actually have a team that fits together and plays as a team and not be a collection of talent. I want the sum to be greater that the parts assembled. I am tired where the parts are greater than the sum. We have seen what we have been when all a coach cares about is getting an all star team together.

It is like the Steelers who has only had 3 coaches since 1969
