Established successful coaches go to OSU, ND usually, Michigan, LSU, Clemson, Bama etc etc etc…Not IU. Though I suppose Mark Cuban type money could buy about anything. Realistically, just asking T. Allen to play 500 ball including non conference schedule. That would be better than any sustained time in IU football history.

Play home and away series for the next 10 years vs Indiana State in Terre Haute. can IU go 10 wins?

Strategy: schedule 3 weakest non conference opponents in division one football (even intramural football if you could get away with it) and then hope for 3 big ten wins = IU football future possible glory days.

Besides…between what took place after the first play to start each half 1and 2…qb intercepted. Only IU football can master such feats. positive observation…the offensive line was better.

I noticed Tom Allen (the last couple of times recently) after pre game and post game interviews conclusions there is no LEO, but rather “have a good day”…suppose a new strategy or has just succumbed to the writing on the wall

Regarding Garzon she should be a GREAT IU Lady basketball player. I am looking forward to seeing her play beginning this year as a freshman. However, I am not sure how PU reference is viewed by big ten and other big ten players and schools. She may have not even had anything to do with it.

More IU women basketball program coverage is always welcome in all areas. However, I am not sure how T. Moren prefers it (maybe she likes it just the way it is and I respect that because it may be for the best)…. I would love to read about more activity progress relating to future recruits and recruiting regarding IU Ladies basketball program. It is very easy to find it on men’s side. Having said this there may just not be that much to report. I know that bits and pieces can be dug up on internet. I know that IU Ladies basketball program has to work long and hard regarding recruiting and high level success can’t be argued.

2020 wins = 0 wins over a team that had a winning record, just saying.

If you ever think it can’t get any worse for IU football where has everyone been the 21st century or the last 100 years (minus a few exceptional years).

I don’t know anything about how tv contracts work. However, I wish an Indiana tv station like channel 23 (My Indy) and IU Women basketball program using IU announcers would work out a deal to televise games along with the IU women radio station that aren’t shown on the major tv channels. (Kinda like Stokley Van Kamp sponsored the Indianapolis Indians or Chesty potato chips and Butler basketball in the 1960’s). My Indy shows high school sports. I am not sure if it would affect women basketball attendance up or down or remain the same. I do think given a little promotion there would be a viewership audience.

Has anyone else noticed how great a leader, on and off court, media posts and a caring ambassador teammate for IU women basketball that MacKenzie Holmes represents. I have.

I know there are other examples in other programs for both, ladies and men….the IU LADIES BASKETBALL PROGRAM including players, coaches and all associated with program are so easy to cheer for.

And high level major league touted QBS do not consider mediocre OLs. That leaves those with a kink or shortcomings who are trying to make something out of or improve their ability often only to getting development stunted.

Spoken like a true coach who doesn’t have a great QB because a great QB begins with a great OL (at least a very good one). Par year after year.
