I would think it’s a day off for coach. The game is not until tomorrow. And the team given the day off to get freshened up. Is this what is called ‘getting run out of town.’

Hiring or not hiring interim coach is a non issue. B Just follow Wisconsin blueprint. Years ago they had to hire interim coach (assistant) and he was successful but they hired from outside without blinking.

Game strategy for this one: I would imagine coach and staff are making time to talk to financial advisors, do some shopping, vacation planning for recovery and transition into next phase of life…. some licking of wounds, party celebrations for the status, prestige, and financial success.

Talking weird or not weird… I remember Stevens or someone else analyzing his use of mathematics in scouting players and teams to develop strategies against opponents….it was like it was more detailed and in depth than what is normal.

Observation: Dolson with Pam W. The reason I include her whether it’s appearance or she actually knows what she is doing or both she is around (what I have seen) the major sports programs. She just seems to understand, have that ability and she is interested and cares.

Over paid coaches including fixing overextended contracts and overpaid NIL players all focusing on positional status and money only (pretty much) equals all this version of IU men’s basketball superficial program….. and not one individual in program (minus Hulls because he grew up with a long time coaching family) is beyond superficial.

IU still has 31 game win streak vs Wisky during Knight era….IU can always fall back on that.

It won’t be as bad as IU beating Purdue in football this past season because I suspect Wisky will start running clock in the last third of the second half.

IU boys basketball used up all their NIL energy in the Illinois and Purdue games. Nothing left for Wisky. More NIL money needed and Division 2 competition.

Chloe played well. Shay 0 TOs and 7 points with a 3 after air ballls. Keep working on inside game. Lilly had some good defensive play. Striplin working hard. Parrish working hard. Garzon steady playing winning ball by making shots. A good poised win.

Coached by her mom from Omaha…she did visit and IU was on her list.

Coach Woodson is doing his job, I mean he’s gotta job.

It’s just a player trying to earn his NIL money…..and a coach (and staff) trying to earn their salary/s.
