    Expectations. That's going to be a plus in this hire. Expectations for the first year or two will certainly be lower than if some others had taken the position. There may be an advantage to this.

    Right...this is just cheesy stuff I do as a teacher. I know it's cheesy, the students know its cheesy...but it keeps it loose.

    Hire him. Same objective in mind -- just put it in the net. If you see an IU-Bauer shoe deal in the next few days, it's a lock.
