Well I was listening to Kent Sterling last week and he said he was talking to a friend. This friend was in a store talking to some guy who mother is a real estate agent. This was before Archie was fired and the friend said that this real-estate agent said that Brad and his wife was looking at a house in Southern Indiana. When Kent heard that he didn't think anything of it but after Archie was fired he remember that conversation.

You sure it wasn't you but you have two personalities. Like me a few weeks ago on HSN saying I had one voice telling me that Brad Stevens would be our next coach. Then another voice was telling him how stupid he was to think Brad would come to IU.

Well the BTN is showing a Michigan tournament game from 2019 so I am watching it to scout Beilein.

I looked at the stats for Butler under Stevens and notice they were never in the top 100 in s coring average. They were in the bottom half in 2PA and 2PM and their shooting percentage was not great. It seemed like they always had great defensive stats and the most important stat is winning percentage.

Just thinking if it is Stevens how packed Hoosier Hysteria will be if they can have it. You might have to get in line 3 days before they open the doors.

Like I have seen I think it has to be someone that is a huge higher. You don't get a 10 mil buyout and money for the new coach to get another mid major coach, Also with what Dolson has said about what he wants on the offensive end I think that would eliminate Beard and maybe Drew. I would think the coaches who would meet the criteria abut offense that Dolson was talking about would be Beilein, Oats and Musselman.

Also heard Pitino of the DD show and Dan asked Rick about the IU coaching job. Rick said IU should fly in their private jet to Boston and not let Brad tell them no.

Well I wasn't going to sign in but just lurk and read but today made me want to join. Well I saw I was mentioned on here even though I had never been to this board until last week. To put thing to rest, no I did not crash the board on HSN. If you told me we had a chance at Brad even 2 days ago I would call you crazy. I still won't let myself to believe that we have a chance to get him. At least there seems to have some positive vibe going on with him and would love for brad to be the next coach at IU. My question would be if he would let IU know before the end of the season or would he wait. until the end of the year. I would think we would need a coach in place or at least know who the coach will be to recruit this spring. To me if Brad decides to come I don't see the Celtics letting him finish the year out but just would let him leave right away. I just hope we don't get overly excited on every little nugget we hear and not be disappointed in the end. If not brad my top choice would be Beilein because I think he would come in and give us a good 6 years and stabilize the program and it would be more attractive the next time we have an opening. I know some say that it would take him a awhile because it took him a few years at UM. the difference is that the knows the big ten and he changed his defense and that led to the turn around.
