Are Hurley’s antics even what’s considered “alpha” ? Lol… the term is really silly to me. Being a leader takes many forms, people have different styles. Alpha doesn’t mean anything IMO. No idea about the UL being a fishbowl thing but for example you could view it as alpha for him to say “screw that noise, I don’t need it for a job I don’t want.” just as easily as people assume he must be a soy boy beta for not wanting the attention lol. We need a coach who knows how to be a leader. I don’t care if he does that by huffing and puffing or by being reserved and amiable. Just earn respect and win.
