Do you think those were really Brads words? I know him a little bit and that was about as unBrad as you can get. Even some of my Butler guys said that wasn’t Brad and they know him way better. IMO it was damage control made by someone other than Brad. I do trust you because I know you worked there but it was odd nonetheless

It’s over, all I’ll say is that wasn’t Brad Stevens at the presser yesterday. I think that was a damage control presser from a PR guy for the Celtics. No way that was Brad, no way. It’s time to move on to the next!

Really, who cares if we took a hit with our credibility??? We aren’t news reporters, this isn’t our job. We are guys on a message boards with some good connections that can and have been wrong. If my sources (they haven’t just so everyone knows) sent me a message and said this is all a smoke screen to fan the flames then I’d share it. Only time I don’t share it is when I’m asked not too. He can claim to be a Masshole but we all know he’s a Hoosier born and bred. I hope he wins multiple NBA titles, and goes down as the best NBA coach in history. Yes it still stings but I’m ready to get behind whoever they bring in.
