Let them keep IU ranked around 20 for now. Whatever. If they get to 9-0 come week 10 there will be no doubts. I would say bring on Bama but that's not reaching high enough. Bring on Vandy!

I'm in Eugene and happy to cruise by with a sign that says "Ask Kel'el Ware how he liked it here" -

UK doesn't suck that much more than the other 4 schools. Close though! -

That was the most Indiana football finish to the 1st half. Yuck. -

They should talk about Cooper Flagg more during this game. Yes, that is sarcasm. -

Will be surprised if this week goes by without his commitment. Feels like him and his family did their due diligence now. No source on this just a gut feeling. -

Right!? Somehow that was an acceptable possession in his mind. -

Can someone just fire Tom Allen in the 4th quarter while they're doing nothing else? -
Big Ten is going to invite Oregon and Washington to join the league

It may not be esthetically pleasing in this pic or on TV but if you saw while on the floor at Matthew Knight Arena it's actually very cool. I think IU fans would love this entire building and court. But trust me, I thought it looked silly before moving here. To each his own though. -

In person it looks good. When your on the court it makes absolutely no difference. The players won't have any issue with it. That's really what matters. -

This addition is a dream come true for me. I grew up and lived most of my life in Bloomington and now live in Eugene. To know IU will travel here is amazing. They will definitely have me there to support them when any sports team comes to town. -

I could see Duncomb making a move to Xavier or UC at some point for PT. Especially if Wes Miller or Sean Miller has success. After not transferring out this off season why would he consider it next season. He knows the rotation this season isn't changing and stayed, so he appears in it for the long haul which is what we want. Keep in mind he was a solid 4 star recruit and got the best of Kaleb Furst in HS. The potential is clearly there. Now if a freshman comes in next year that reclassified up and is better prepared for the B1G then maybe Duncomb is out of his league and transfers. Don't see it happening or a need to speculate at this point. -
(2023) - SF Kwame Evans

As a long time Bloomington, and now Eugene Oregon resident I have to say there is no comparison between playing at the 2 schools. Yeah the Ducks have a very nice facility and there is maximum Nike stuff. Here football is king, then women's basketball, then track and field and then maybe men's basketball. This town could seemingly care less about it. And the difference in attending games is day and night. Their arena holds half of Assembly Hall and I've been to conference games with at best half the seats filled. It isn't loud ever, not an exciting environment, it just isn't in the ballpark of being at IU. Really wish Evans was visiting during games at both schools because the fan base here is weak. -
NBAdraft.net has Ayo going 22nd and Cockburn 52nd. No chance Ayo doesn't go and I'll be surprised Cockburn stays either.

Overall: Jordan, Kemp, Carter IU: Oladipo, OG, Steve Hart

A fair assessment. Might I suggest a period between the T and W in your screen name? Just a thought.

Recruiting is about connections and building relationships and Woodson is phenomenal on both fronts. Assistants can help him with the rest of recruiting. High ranked kids look for a way to make the NBA (see Juwan Howard). And Indiana wants a coach that plays more of an NBA style.
-
Really should look at the context. His first year with the Hawks was one of the worst teams in NBA history and won 13 games. They improved, especially offensively every season.
-
Really? Woj is reliable but IU being uninterested seems odd. Perhaps they have already made a decision going another direction. Either way sounds optimistic we here something in the next couple of days.
-
Really feel like Woodson is a serious contender now. At first I wasn't sure however he checks all the boxes. He would prove to be an excellent recruiter between selling the NBA experience and his personality. If you look at everything he offers he is an intriguing choice.

His pain was severe. It's hard to mentally and emotionally be your best when you physically hurt enough. As far as health specifics now only Matta truly knows. If he says he is ready that's the best you can know.
