  1. Hmm yeah, not sure about the rules on whether or not Archie could be there, so that’s a good point. I saw somewhere that someone heard Romeo has already signed his letter if intent, which would mean Archie could/would be there. Is there truth to Archie being able to be there if Romeo really has already signed his LOI? Not sure how all that would work.
  2. Someone posted on another site that Archie’s black Escalade was seen parked at the New Albany school lot. No idea if it’s actually his vehicle, but wouldn’t doubt the fact that he would indeed be there for the event.
  3. Yep! My wife and I love to go to their Eccentric Cafe as well. Oberon one of my favorites, and then the other is their Amber Ale. Another really good brewery in that area we enjoy going to is One Well. They have quite a few awesome selections.
  4. I may be younger than quite a bit of people on here (being 32 yrs of age), but one of my wife and i’s biggest hobbies is traveling around trying different craft breweries and wineries......and talking about Romeo to IU, of course!
  5. Well hey, this being alcoholics talk has gotten us to page 710
  6. Yes sir, Yeungling is one of my favorites as well, and then I’ve always been a big craft beer drinker. There is a brewery in Michigan called Belle’s and they make my favorite couple of beers ever. A couple of my buddy’s at work brew their own beer and have won state competitions with some of their stuff. Having the taste for craft beer for so long, I can’t stand domestic stuff like Bud Light, Miller, etc. No flavor.
  7. Yep me as well. I can’t drink too much without getting a headache.
  8. Haha, not in a dry county, but I do have a pretty dry wallet after the weekend thanks to all the wine my wife went and bought when she went wine tasting at a bunch of winery’s up in Michigan with a group of friends this last weekend. If I go buy beer she’s gonna say “...but I just bought all this wine”...I’m telling you guys, wine it is...lol
  9. I keep seeing stuff about there’s supposed to be special guests appearing at the announcement. Aside from anyone it could be, it’d be cool if Archie and staff, as well as the rest of the 2018 commits were all there for it.
  10. We literally have no worries for the next 25-30 years.
  11. I may have to celebrate tonight! I’m out of beer so I may end up drinking all of my wife’s wine....she’ll be so happy!!!
  12. yep i bet we start preseason top 25 and then as the season goes on maybe keep creeping up the ranks. No reason we shouldn't finish top 3 in Big Ten if not win it. A Romeo type player is literally what we needed last year to be a really good team and win a handful more games, and then also: Phinisee, Romeo, Hunter, Anderson, Forrester > Newkirk, Johnson, Hartman, McSwain, Priller.
  13. I'm anxious and interested in hearing what Romeo will say about why he chose who he did. What he thinks about the place and what he see's as being able to happen while he's here is gonna pump people right the heck up.
  14. There it is...there's 700
  15. Phinisee and Romeo get to spend all night at the ceremony talking about how good they're gonna be and how fun they'll have playing together next season.
  16. Indeed, and that's what i love so much about Archie and what makes him so legit. He's doing what it takes to win NOW and appears to be succeeding with flying colors. He knows darn well what the IU fans expect out of the program, and what he's been able to do so far in such a short period of time at IU makes him a grade A badass in my book, ha.
  17. I agree that Chris007 confirmed it a while ago, but I will say that I’ve seen this particular poster reassure people for a while as well that Romeo to IU was gonna happen. Not saying it really matters, just wanted to make sure to mention that his post wasn’t him just now stating something like this. He’s been reassuring people and telling them to relax for a while. I just know I’m excited and tomorrow night can’t come soon enough! In Archie we trust.
  18. In this article it says they will stream video on the same page when it’s time. http://www.wdrb.com/story/38061225/wdrb-to-live-stream-romeo-langfords-college-decision-monday-night
  19. The other day Anderson posted something on twitter saying something like "..we all know he's coming to IU" but then it disappeared because he took it down fairly quickly.
  20. sweet, and yeah that makes sense that he would have known he screwed up right after he did it. as far as everything else goes, he's in the right to be so reassuring?
  21. IUwins0708 from HSN site: "He’s going to be a Hoosier folks. Everyone has been informed. Coaches, players, etc. Relax and enjoy. Anderson spilled the beans on his twitter account and had to go back and delete it. He was asked to by Romeos dad via Coach Miller. We are good! Good night all!!"
  22. Yeah all these Kansas positive vibes are being put out there to keep things interesting and suspenseful....there's just no way he doesn't choose IU. Not only does he know it'll be best for his brand, but I'm sure he knows he's going to be the cause of a pretty significant domino effect for the program.
  23. i saw someone say on another site that the red slippers he is wearing to prom could be taken as "There's No Place Like Home", haha geez
