Rabby said yesterday that Clowney will have his entire family with him on his visit to IU. Mom, Dad, brother, and sister will all be on the trip. That's a very good sign IMO.

Some more notes on Moran. Glant originally recruited him to AU out of high school. This summer he pitched in the MLB Prospect League, Grand Park League, and Cape Cod League. He has had MLB scouts showing interest the last 3 years his fastball has topped at 94-95 but sits high 80’s to low 90’s with a really good slider. I love it. IU looks to be in a good spot with JHS, Clowney, and Sensabaugh. Let’s hope they land at least 2 of the 3. Although all 3 wouldn’t surprise me at all. The next month could be VERY INTERESTING!!!

I’ve known this one since he was 5. He’s a good pickup using his COVID year. He started at Anderson University and graduated then played last year at Taylor. Was the conference pitcher of the year back to back years in different conferences. One being D3 and the other NAIA. He’s been a successful hitter too but not sure if he’ll do any of that at IU.

Guys around those AAU programs almost always are biased toward their own players so I'm not shocked by this at all.
