I think Ed was really brought in to get IU in the door for many of these recruits because of his in state connections and his player development. Not to be an actual recruiter. Plus bringing him in helped mend the fences with many of the in state high school coaches that had issues with FCTC.

The only way that they would take Henry is if CAM believes they can live with Davis, Moore, Forrester, Smith, Morgan, and Thompson playing most of the 4 and 5 minutes or one of either Davis or Moore will be transferring after this season. SG That would leave at least 2 scholarships for 2019 and could be more if someone decides to leave early or transfers.

I agree with this 100%. I'm not saying he will produce like him but he plays similar to the way Buddy Hield played at Oklahoma a couple years ago. You have him as a back up shooting if we land Romeo and I like that position a lot going into next year.

I really think Schilling's connection to the family will play a huge role in this recruitment before it's all said and done.

That's not even mentioning Race Thompson. The talent level is possibly really different this time next year.

He could maybe play in a pinch if injuries or depth issues become a problem. He isn't near the shooter though that James or Jalen are though so I don't think he would help that much with that.

That is who Romeo played with until this past year when Adidas created an Adidas Gauntlet team for Romeo out of Louisville. Let's be honest. If the guy does have some real intel he's probably not going to share it with anyone.

Well there was a reason IU was in a mess with Sampson. Not just from the violations but also the kind of guys he had on the team. As for Crean didn't land his first 1 until Zeller in the 2011 class which was his 3rd recruiting class. So some of you need to chill out.

Why does everyone say that CAM recruiting has been underwhelming? You do realize that so far he has landed 2 top 100 guys, the top 2 instate guys outside of Romeo, and a high upside athletic big. Not to mention we are right there for Romeo. So Stop It. He hasn't even been on the job a year yet.
