I don't think Scott is into rushing it. I think Scott is gonna do whatever the hell it takes personally. I think he's just as tired of losing as we are. I look for him to go all in man! If that means June.....so be it!

Scott has to know John Beilein isn't getting the majority of the fan base fired up right? I mean bringing in a 68 year old isn't exactly bringing the IU brand into the future. Does his age play a role ultimately? I'd hafta think so.

I'm confident as hell Beilein would get us winning again but man, he's just not the situation I want. I just can't get excited about it.

I just don't get what the media expects Brad to say at this specific moment?! He's gonna say NOOOOOOO! Duh! He's in the middle of their freaking season. Yet some radio station does an interview and everyone says, "Welp, thats it!" "Nothin' to see here Indiana!" "On to the next candidate." Gimme a break. Its like this is everyone's 1st rodeo following coaching searches.

Brad isn't retiring from Boston. At least unless he starts winning championships. Therefore I can't stand the constant "pipe dream" talk. We live in a world where money talks. So go offer him double his salary and that coupled with Indiana being home very well could equal DEAL! NOT a pipe dream. Once again, Donors aren't paying buyout AND transition costs for decency.

I think Scott stating this will be the last u hear from me until I announce the new coach insinuates to me, we may be waiting awhile. Like a few months? ;)

I keep reading articles or seeing social media posts saying Brad is a .00000000000000005% chance. I get it. But things change over years. People's wants and needs change over years. I think it's a WAY better chance than most believe. Most media and fans of other teams are simply in denial because they know if Scott gets his guy....IU is back and I mean REALLY back!

My thoughts exactly. Get his staff together and send them to get things rolling.

I think Scott is going HUGE! It's just time. Seems like a guy that understands that. I've said earlier, I don't see another sideways bet on an up and comer, nor do I see a buy out being paid for someone who only has 4-6 years of coaching left. All vibes point to this being the one we've all been waiting for.

I'm in the boat where I guess I'll live in disappointment for life because I won't be excited unless we pull Steven's. Sure someone may come in and get us winning more than we have which is great but Brad is the only one that makes me change my underwear after crapping myself from excitement.

I keep having this running thru my head. I just feel that agreeing to put up $10 mil was only gonna be for someone special.
