This teams method to winning is very simple. Like has been said already, every trip down has to go inside in some form or fashion. And then lock it up on D. As a team i think we r realizing paint touches r a must. Limit our 3's get it inside. U know Juwan is sayin, "Gimme the damn ball and let's go!" We ain't losin tonight.

Because I had a great arm workout today and am all positive n stuff...i say we get him! ;)

Archie will do more with 4* Indiana boys than Drew will do with a couple 5*s here and there. Imo, the future of IU bball will be filled with tough, 2,3,4 yr players. Not too many 5*s that are just looking to get in and get out. 4* Indiana kids with a great coach will produce plenty imo. Them "w's" r comin'.

I was told I was good looking today...we know that's a lie. Maybe true tho....

I'd also say that even tho basketball is entertainment, the players are still human. Meaning they can have adrenalin rushes from the crowd getting behind them. To me it works both ways. Yeah winning probably brings more to the building. But we could probably aid in winning ourselves by showing up and truly rooting them on. Those go hand in hand imo case in point last night with a couple mins left. The crowd helps the team just as winning helps us fans.

Shot selection was close to best I've seen us have all year in a half. Patient and didn't settle TOO much.

If we arent gonna go inside without Juwan in there then Robert has to do just that...drive and create.

We win IF we get a touch in the paint each time down. The minute we stop and start taking 3's without looking in first, we are toast. We r super efficient when playing thru the paint.

Really like the patience on offense so far. Going inside as well. Do that all game.

Do we think the coaching staff has recruited Romeo with the mention that this yrs team is no way indicative of how Archies polished product will look on the floor once the right pieces are in place?

I just think Kansas involves too much sharing of the spotlight so to speak. The Garland pull worries me. IU offers 100% spotlight for him plus close for family and he would be loved. He may be rooted for and liked at the other 2, but not loved like he would be here. In the end it will come down to playing with buddies or straight up being the man 100%. What does he want more....

If he doesn't, I can still stroke a 3 if that'll help?

Sorry Darius but if I'm Romeo, you can't compare to our incoming class as a whole, or our history as a program or our coach. Romeo KNOWS what bball means in Indiana. Just sayin.

With the kids we have commtted for next yr continuing to have great high school senior seasons plus Juwan next yr, I find it hard to believe Romeo isn't noticing that potential. I personally think we r in a good position with him.
