I don't know about you, but I wouldn't have wanted to play JMU this past season.

This team hasn't looked great, but they keep finding ways to win, at least so far. There's a lot to be said for that. -

Hmmm... me thinks this is some kind of sign. -
But I haven't heard anything about LEO. Did I miss that?

Wasn't the AD responsible for the oval IU logo?

2024 PG Daquan Davis to Florida State

We consistently get burned by players who "aren't good enough" to get an IU offer, but many continue to default to the rankings. Personally, I think its a lazy way to evaluate players. Seriously, does anyone think the same person looks at all top 100 players? I'd love to see the algorithm used to determine level of skill, competition, player drive, intangibles, mental acuity, gym time, etc. How do you really determine that the 28th ranked player will be more successful than the 33rd ranked player? It's fun for fans, but I really don't put much more value in it than that. -
Just a curious question, once you put your name in the portal, does the University have to take you back if you rescind?

I've kinda wondered how the trajectory of both teams may have changed if that had turned out differently.
-
There was a final four after that, but I get what you're saying. It was kind of the end of the year in-year out greatness.

Play caller isn't as important as sign stealer. Get that one right and everything else falls into place. :)

This sounds closer to the truth than anything I've read on here this morning ;)

I believe he is saying that you don't know for fact that those are the finalists.

...and lucking into Tom Brady is what allowed him to keep his job. Nothing happens in a vacuum. It's not a coincidence that we had Penix and Deboer when Allen had his best years.

Indiana vs. Harvard- Sunday 11/26 @ 4:30 PM on BTN

Yeah, that's the thing with this team. They're not playing great, but at least they are still winning. I had a bad feeling about this game coming into it, but they managed to pull out the win. Not sure this is sustainable going into conference play though. -

I don't see this team having an easy game all season. -

You mean, won by us, right? -
Yeah, as much as I hate it, this is the best and most likely move. Like you said, unless we have a slam-dunk hire chomping at the bit, we have another year to dream about mediocrity. Maybe TA will decide for himself to move out/on, but I seriously doubt that will happen. What's one more year of disappointment? It's just IU football.

I wish I didn't feel this way, but it would be nice if he had the vision to make the necessary changes BEFORE his back was against the wall. I'll believe last Saturday wasn't a fluke if they don't crap the bed this week. He hasn't given anyone any reason to believe he can sustain success.

I think I gained 2 lbs just reading "6000 calories."

I think this is impossible to under estimate.

I would think it would backfire if they did. Geronimo and DQ are totally different players. That's not even taking into consideration that Miller recruited Geronimo.
