Especially against a team like Portland State, who has some real athletic, quick bigs and wings. He'd have no chance.

Kinda like these tight(ish) ones early on in the season for our young guys. Plus, our potentially leading scorer and best outside threat hasn't seen a minute of action this year yet. I think it's actually really good for some of our new guys (assuming we win ultimately).

Haha... great thread idea! My user name comes from a character in the 80s BMX movie Rad (he's actually a real life person though too). In the movie, Hollywood Mike Miranda just continually crashes during the big "Hell Track" race at the end, which always cracked me up for some reason :) This sounds stupid now that I'm typing it out, lol.

Kinda hope he stays away until we hang another banner and then just leaves a very simple, nonchalant "told you so" post :)

That thought crossed my mind too, but then I starting to think... what if Devonte has improved as much as Justin and Al have appeared to? I realize it's a very small sample size at this point, but those 2 guys specifically look like different ball players to me already this year. Like things have finally slowed down a little for them and the confidence is coming through. Archie has said how important Devonte if going to be... maybe he's on that level of improvement too? (my fingers are crossed so tight I'm losing circulation)
