Their is a current coach in south Florida that might be on the short list when CMW retires that is very good friends with Dane Fife. This is fun isn’t it?

That’s kind of where I am although a lot can happen in a few years. It’s definitely going to be interesting to see what happens with him to see if he is happy where he is or would want to go to another school. He could be thinking him and his family are happy in paradise and a certain school might just have an opening a few years down the road.

MSU is running some really good offense. Nowell and Johnson have taken too many bad shots for Kansas State.

I’m really interested in Dusty May. Seems like he is in the kind of spot to pick what job he wants or maybe he likes it at FAU and wants to stay there.

Bates is tough for me. The first time I saw him I thought player. Over time I see him as being limited to just being a scorer/shooter and he is not doing that well. Most of his shots look good but he can’t get anything to go down whether it’s from three, midrange, or layups. Idk. I still think he has something to him but it’s tough to see.

If their is one thing I could tell her it’s that she’ll always be a Hoosier.

I will go the other way and be shocked if we don’t make it.

Congratulations! It’s nice that someone who hasn’t won before came out on top. It was also nice to hear a bit about yourself. Maybe we need to do a who’s who but then again maybe not lol. I hope to play again next year and do a little better to challenge you. It was fun.

I really enjoy listening to Harlan and Bonner and hate listening to their #1 Nantz led team. Really miss Webber and the old guy Vern something.

CMW said himself when he got the job he wants to play 1 in and 4 out. I imagine the type of 1 in he has in mind is like the big man from Rutgers. An athletic big that rebounds and blocks shots whose offense comes on dunks and put backs. Not a slow plodding big man you throw it into to get buckets. He has to get his guys. The roster will be going through a major overhaul with graduating seniors, an early departure to the next level, and transfers out. His hands have been tied a bit just in terms of personnel but that changes now.

It’s sad to see a promising season end. A dawg like X would have helped in many ways but it was still a good year. I’m not in the we are going to suck next year crowd. I’m more encouraged after this year. Listen we need a reset. We lose a lot to graduation and think we lose 2 to the portal along with JHS going pro (which is the best thing for our program btw). I’m really interested to see who CMW and his staff goes after in the portal. We won’t go about it like most teams. We will do our shopping ‘online’. What I mean is their is not going to be a lot of chatter but when CMW targets someone I think he listens and I do think players will want to come here. I hope we go after the right ones. The problem right now is getting the type of players to win a BIG10 title is completely different than getting the type of players to go on a deep run in March and hang banner number six.

We will be selectively active in the portal and kids want to play here. We have the right coach. We have to find kids that are workers and have a chip on their shoulder. I think Cupps is a nice start from what I have read about him. We always seem to have kids that are too cool for school.

That play is TJD’s entire career.

It doesn’t matter now and wouldn’t have changed the outcome but where is Banks?

I’m really going to miss……Kopp next year.

I really want to love TJD like so many do but I can’t. He only goes hard when things are going well and just gets out worked when things aren’t. His stats will always be hallow to me.

Love the adjustment from CMW. This game has turned with Gallo and Kopp defending their lead guards and hiding JHS on defense so he doesn’t get blown by. This man can coach!
