So, do we have any idea who might re-place Peoples and Warren? I hope this is positive news, but I am concerned.

Bazelak looks like a nice pick up... knowing its cliche but true, it all starts up front. We desperately need for the O-Line play to improve.

Any news on: QB Tanner Bailey DL Dominick James (I see OL Carter Smith is now on board!)

I agree our O Line has to play much better consistently. MSU's defense is looking strong and their offense far less anemic than in recent times. I still think they're beatable but, a tough win does a world of wonders for this IU team. I still have hope that seven wins is in the realm of possibility. Only 5 wins is a face plant IMHO.

I had high hopes for him. His fumbles hurt his playing time this year (and hurt the team) but I expected him to earn that trust back. I am disappointed with his departure mid-season. That's him giving up on his team mates, and I have an issue with that. I suspect there is more going on behind the scenes, but regardless, it's him bailing out in tough times. Very disappointing.

I agree on your continued optimism Leb. but to carry the momentum this season, next week is a must win against MSU. My gut feeling anyway. Really need 7 wins this year.

It's a shame as I thought he had un-tapped potential. I was hoping to see with another year of maturity how he would progress this year. (wishful thinking but holding hope) I know he had previously considered leaving IU but came back on board. I think those folks indicating he was moving down the depth chart, or at a minimum likely to see less and less action, are likely correct. Normally I'd wish him well, but going to Purdue.... Additionally, if the above rumors about leaving with our info are accurate, then my feelings are even more unfavorable. If you're unhappy leave but don't try to screw your old team mates (if true). Yeah, bad decisions young man.

Surprised both Lewis and Passmore are departing... I'm sure there are reasons but that is disappointing news.

Nothing but best wishes to all the guys moving on. They helped bring our program to the next level. I have nothing but respect and appreciation for their efforts and accomplishments. For the guys who have chosen to further extend their career at IU, it is AWESOME! I am looking forward to returning to the stadium and watch you in person. LEO

There is no reasonable explanation as to why NW is in a better bowl than IU, NONE. Yes, win and show them is great, but we got screwed.
